Bright Realty Kicks Off $1.5B MXU in Lewisville

Bright Realty has broken ground on a $1.5 billion mixed-use development. Dubbed The Realm at Castle Hills, the 324-acre project is situated in Lewisville’s Castle Hills master-planned community, which currently boasts 4,500 single-family homes.

Located west of State Highway 121 and Josey Lane, The Realm will include office, dining, retail, entertainment and residential in a walkable environment with an extensive trails system.

“The Realm is designed with that in mind and with a focus on an overall quality of life that offers a sophisticated suburban setting with generous outdoor and event spaces,” says Chris Bright, Bright Realty CEO.

Phase I of the project, known as Offices at The Realm, will include a nine-story, 235,000-square-foot Class AA office building, with 15,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space. Construction will be completed mid-2019.

Phase II will include a 260-unit multifamily complex, and 35,000 square feet of boutique-style retail space. That phase is expected to deliver in mid- to late 2020.
