Briefs: Stream Realty and Suburban Dallas

Stream Realty Partners brokers negotiated the following lease transactions throughout the Dallas area:

  • Restaurant Services Inc. leased 37,896 square feet at 700 106th St. in Arlington. Stream Realty’s Eric Crutchfield, Ryan Boozer and Sarah Ozanne represented the landlord, Checkerprop Texas 700 106th Street LLC. Stream’s Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne represented the tenant.
  • Sheffield Metals Cleveland LLC took down 36,162 square feet at Midpoint I-20 Distribution Center on New York Avenue, also in Arlington. Landlord DRA Advisors was represented by Stream’s Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne. Jamie Galati with JLL represented the tenant.
  • InnerWorkings, Inc. renewed its 33,700-square-foot lease located at 1701 10th St. in Plano. Stream’s Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott represented the landlord, Tenth Street Investments LP, while Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
