Stream Realty Partners brokers negotiated the following lease transactions throughout the Dallas area:

• Restaurant Services Inc. leased 37,896 square feet at 700 106^th St. in Arlington. Stream Realty’s Eric Crutchfield, Ryan Boozer and Sarah Ozanne represented the landlord, Checkerprop Texas 700 106th Street LLC. Stream’s Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne represented the tenant.
• Sheffield Metals Cleveland LLC took down 36,162 square feet at Midpoint I-20 Distribution Center on New York Avenue, also in Arlington. Landlord DRA Advisors was represented by Stream’s Luke Davis and Sarah Ozanne. Jamie Galati with JLL represented the tenant.

• InnerWorkings, Inc. renewed its 33,700-square-foot lease located at 1701 10th St. in Plano. Stream’s Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott represented the landlord, Tenth Street Investments LP, while Mohr Partners represented the tenant.
