Bridge, Cabot Partner to Build Lombard Industrial

Bridge Development Partners has partnered with Cabot Properties to acquire and develop 1307 N. Lombard Rd. in Lombard, IL, into the future home of Bridge Point I-355. The industrial facility will span 133,100 square feet on 7.25 acres, which Bridge and Cabot acquired from Location Finders International.

The development will also be divisible for multiple tenants down to 25,000 square feet and include a 60-foot speed bay. The project is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter.

“Our team was able to work closely with our partners at Cabot and with the seller to complete this transaction, despite the inherent challenges posed by the national pandemic,” said Nick Siegel, SVP at Bridge. “With entitlements now in place, we are excited to break ground immediately, deliver this development and continue pushing our regional economy forward.”

The seller was represented by JLL’s Dominic Carbonari, Frank Griffin and Kate Coxworth.
