Bridge Investment Hires Managing Director for Capital Markets

Bridge Investment Group has appointed Meena Thever as managing director in the capital markets group. She’ll be responsible for securing capital commitments, building and maintaining investor relationships, and growing the presence of the group, which invests across multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing and medical properties, office and debt strategies.

Thever joins Bridge from BlackRock where she was a director on the alternatives specialists team. Previously, Thever led the North America pension and insurance distribution efforts within J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s alternative investment strategies platform. She began as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch.

“Meena brings more than 15 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, with significant expertise in raising capital across a range of strategies,” said Dean Allara, who heads Bridge’s capital markets group. “We’re thrilled to welcome Meena to the team and look forward to her contributions to the continued growth of Bridge.”
