Bridge Inks More than 207K SF of Puget Sound Leases

Chicago-bases Bridge Development Partners, LLC signed four tenants at three of its newest Class A industrial facilities in the Seattle area. The leases total more than 207,000 square feet.

Bridge also notes, Andrew Hurwitz was recently promoted to Senior Director and will be leading all leasing efforts for the Northwest region. Hurwitz played an instrumental role in securing these Seattle-area leases:

Reflexxion Automotive Products signed a 33,476-square-foot lease at Bridge Point Lacey’s Building B in Lacey, WA. Brokers involved were Cushman & Wakefield’s Pat Mullin (tenant), as well as Neil Walter Company’s Joel Jones and Bruce Valentine (landlord).

A&E Relocation Services signed a 44,528-square-foot lease at Bridge Point Lacey’s Building C. Brokers included: CBRE’s Monte Decker (tenant) and Neil Walter Company’s Jones and Valentine (landlord).

Palmer Johnson Power Systems signed a 31,859-square-foot lease at Bridge Point Sumner 60, a project expected to deliver Q1 in Sumner, WA (pictured above). Brokers included: Andover Company’s Brian Bruininks (tenant) and Neil Walter Company’s Scott Price and Kermit Jorgensen (landlord).

Spicers Paper signed a 97,522-square-foot lease to take the entire Bridge Point Kent facility in Kent, WA. Brokers included: Lee & Associates’ Tim Cronin (tenant), along with Kidder Mathews’ Tony Miltenberger (tenant) and CBRE’s Andrew Stark and Shawn Childs (landlord).
