Briar Meads Launches Renovations, Leasing at Lisle Offices

Briar Meads Capital has kicked off major renovations and leasing activity at its recently-acquired Westwood office property in Lisle, IL. Located in DuPage County along the 1-88 East/West Tech Corridor, the 300,000-square-foot Westwood has approximately 150,000 square feet available for lease.

Wright Heerema Architects and JC Anderson Construction Chicago have been brought in for a full-scale renovation. “We are very excited about our vision for The Westwood, and have received positive feedback from both existing and prospective tenants,” said Briar Meads’ Seth Berkowitz.

“We encourage brokers and tenants to visit and discuss options with our brokerage team, with the expectation that the renovations can be completed before new tenant build-outs or commencement dates,” Berkowitz added.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dan Svachula, Adam Showalter and Allyson Yates represent Briar Meads as leasing agents, alongside the NAI Hiffman property management team of Dawn Cothern and Sara Bruno.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
