Brian Boyd Joins Tenant Rep Firm Scotland Wright
Brian Boyd has joined Scotland Wright Associates (SWA) as the Atlanta-based boutique tenant representation firm’s newest partner. Boyd has 15 years of experience managing complex real estate transactions and delivering results for major companies.
Boyd comes to SWA from Savills, where he served as managing director for three years. Prior to that, he worked at Cushman Wakefield as VP.
In the past five years, Boyd has negotiated three corporate office headquarters transactions, each more than 100,000 square feet. All told, he has completed more than five million square feet in real estate transactions throughout his career.
“Brian has worked on some of the largest and highest-profile transactions in Atlanta,” said Michael Tucker, managing partner, SWA. “His extensive knowledge of financial structuring, unique approach to transactions and keen ability to both set and execute a strategic vision give us an edge in the Atlanta market and beyond.”
