Brand-New Jefferson LasCo Sells to Pacific Life

Developer JPI sold Jefferson LasCo, a 422-unit, mid-rise apartment complex in the Irving, TX neighborhood of Las Colinas. Pacific Life acquired the asset, which delivered in 2018.

Situated on 7.2 acres at 801 Lake Carolyn Pkwy., Jefferson LasCo came online offering one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 600 to 1,492 square feet. The on-site amenities include two courtyards, a resort-style swimming pool, yoga studio and fitness center, a rooftop lounge with kitchen and outdoor seating, and easy access to light rail. The complex is also less than a mile from the mixed-use Music Factory.
