Brad Knolle Promoted to Embrey EVP

Multifamily investor, owner, manager and developer Embrey Partners Ltd. promoted Brad Knolle to executive vice president of development. In his new role, Knolle will be responsible for sourcing opportunities in the Tennessee and Florida markets, while overseeing the entitlement process, design phase and business plan implementation for multifamily projects.

Knolle joined San Antonio-based Embrey in 2012 as senior vice president. During his career, he has developed more than 4,000 multifamily units valued at $600 million. “This is a well-deserved promotion for Brad,” said Trey Embrey, CEO of Embrey Partners. “Over the past five years, he has gained invaluable insight that he has applied to his projects along the way. I’m excited to see what is to come.”

Knolle received his undergraduate degree in construction science, and a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University.
