Boxer Property Tapped to Lease Three Greenspoint Properties

Holloway Lodging Corp. assigned Boxer Property with the task of leasing and managing space at three office properties in Houston’s Greenspoint submarket. The three buildings, totaling 433,003 square feet, are:

• The 198,257-square-foot 222 Benmar, an eight-story, Class A building
• The 87,611-square-foot 263 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E., a Class B building
• The 147,135-square-foot 1666 Northchase Dr., a Class A building

“We are very excited to take on additional City North – Greenspoint properties,” said Boxer’s Stephen Kradjian. “We are looking forward to the opportunity to add more value to these properties.”

Holloway Lodging, headquartered in Nova Scotia in Canada, acquired the three buildings in May 2019 from BH Properties. Two of the three buildings were vacant at the time of the acquisition.
