Boutique Law Firm Expands at 1350 Broadway

Helmsley Spear represented Burgher Gray LLP in its expansion at Empire State Realty Trust’s 1350 Broadway. The boutique corporate and real estate law firm moved to the 400,000-square-foot office and retail building in October 2016, and has expanded from 3,460 square feet into 8,266 square feet in renewing its lease for 10 years.

“We are thrilled to be able to assist Burgher Gray LLP in their corporate expansion and lease extension,” said Kent M. Swig, president of Helmsley Spear. “We wish them continued growth and success as their practice continues to expand.”

Helmsley Spear’s Rene Hamilton represented the tenant and Shanae Ursini represented the landlord in the lease expansion and extension.

Located across from Macy’s flagship store, 1350 Broadway has been called the Herald Square Building due to its location. Other tenants include eBay, Carrier, and Tarter, Krinsky and Drogin.
