Boutique Condo Project Tops Out in West Loop
EVEQ West Loop, a new 32-unit condominium mid-rise in the West Loop, has topped off, and the building is on pace for first deliveries this summer, according to @properties, the sales and marketing firm for the development.
“In the West Loop, more than any other downtown neighborhood, new condo supply is just not keeping up with demand,” said Cyndy Salgado, EVP of development sales at @properties. “EVEQ is filling the void with crisp design, exceptional value and 2020 move-ins.”
Located at the northwest corner of Madison and Bishop, EVEQ takes its name from the French word for bishop (évêque). The building offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 2,300 square feet.
EVEQ’s location in the West Loop is within walking distance of the neighborhood’s many restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment options. The development is also near Skinner West Elementary School, Skinner Park, and Union Park.
