Boston Properties’ SoMa Proposal Is Huge

The SoMa neighborhood in San Francisco could be getting another major office project.

Boston Properties, who is already building the tallest tower in the city, is proposing a 1.1-million-square-foot office complex that will include a 240-foot tower designed to attract tech tenants.

Boston Properties’ SoMa site would also have a 65-foot building with 90,000-square-foot floor plates and another structure that would reach 130 feet. The complex would also include just under 10,000 square feet of retail, 53,600 square feet for flex uses and 15,600 square feet of public open space.
