Bosa Condo Tower Design Garners Applause

Bosa Development, which is building two condo towers near the Santa Fe Depot, is receiving rave reviews from Civic San Diego, a city organization that focuses on urban building.

One of the Bosa condo towers, located at Pacific Highway and Broadway, will total 45 stories with 296 condominium homes. Other than the design of the 490-foot tower itself, CivicSD members particularly liked the ground floor plaza area occupying a 70-foot setback from the curb.

The other of the Bosa condo towers, called Pacific Gate, is currently under construction and is a few stories shorter than the proposed building.

Construction could start in 2017.
