Boardwalk at Town Center Wraps Up Two Years of Renovations

Boardwalk at Town Center, an upscale property located directly on The Woodlands Waterway in The Woodlands, has completed the exterior and interior renovations that have been in progress since the fall of 2018. The luxury apartment community is now offering virtual and by appointment, in-person tours to lease the newly-renovated apartment homes.

“We are thrilled by the completion of these major updates, as it signifies our commitment to delivering the highest-quality, luxury residences available on the market,” said Kristin Coffey, community manager for Boardwalk at Town Center. “We have successfully modernized the property in order to maintain our reputation as being the most desirable residential community in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.”

Upgrades to the five-building, mid-rise community include a contemporary new exterior facade and new interior features. “Our goal is to add long-term value to the community,” property manager Tom Loughridge told the Houston Chronicle.
