Blucora Inks 150K-SF Deal at Cypress Waters’ Under-Construction 3200 Olympus

Blucora Inc. is the first to lease space at 3200 Olympus Blvd., a 250,000-square-foot, multi-tenant building, across from the mixed-use Sound of Cypress Waters. The tenant, which offers tax and financial services through its HD Vest and TaxAct brands, inked a deal for 149,637 square feet with the landlord/developer, Billingsley Co. Blucora will move to its new location in summer 2020.

Randy Cooper, Craig Wilson, Kate Sudol and Wills Bauer with Cushman & Wakefield represented Blucora in its real estate search, which involved the DFW area. Marijke Lantz advised Billingsley Co. The tenant will use the new space to consolidate two current offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, one of which is in Irving, TX.

The Sound of Cypress Waters contains office, retail, restaurants and apartments, on the shore of North Lake in Dallas.
