BLDG Tops Off 222 E. 44th St.

BLDG Management recently celebrated the topping off of its new, 43-story apartment tower at 222 E. 44th St., in Midtown Manhattan.

“This is a significant development that will enable residents of the Midtown East neighborhood to be right in the heart of an area well known for providing office space for thriving companies,” said Charles Avolio, president and general manager of building contractor Suffolk.

Designed by Handel Architects, the tower is scheduled to open in June 2018. The completed tower will have 429 apartments, 87 of them being affordable.
