Blackstone Completes 2017’s Largest Suburban Chicago Office Deal
New York-based Blackstone Group divested a Lisle office complex in what ranks as the largest suburban Chicago office sale of 2017. Dallas-based Lincoln Property Company and an unnamed Middle Eastern equity partner acquired the 690,000-square-foot Central Park of Lisle for $129 million.
Blackstone bought the two-building property four years ago for $116 million. The site is located along Interstate 88 at 4225 Naperville Rd. and 3333 Warrenville Rd. An adjacent 7½-acre parcel zoned for development of a third office building was also included in the deal.
Lincoln has handled the building’s leasing assignment for Blackstone. HFF’s Bryan Rosenberg and Pat Shields represented Blackstone in the sale.
