Black Creek Group Snags 384-Unit Apartment Community in Sandy Springs for $117M

Real estate investment manager Black Creek Group has acquired Hanover Perimeter, a 384-unit apartment community in Sandy Springs. The sales price was reported as $117 million.

Built in 2018, the community consists of a mix of one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 812 to 1,220 square feet. Features include granite slab and quartz countertops, chef’s kitchens with stainless appliances, and full-size washer/dryers. Black Creek plans to rebrand the community to Arabelle Perimeter.

“Hanover Perimeter is a premier, luxury property that is in line with Black Creek’s strategic approach of expanding our presence in the multifamily sector,” said Chris Westcott, senior vice president of multifamily acquisitions at Black Creek Group.
