Bixby Land Relocates to Avalon Office Development

Bixby Land Company recently completed the Avalon office development in Newport Beach, and is now using 10,000 square feet in the building for its new headquarters. Bixby says the 46,000 square foot Avalon property is a good fit for its new home because of its creative-office environment.

San Francisco architect Rapt Studio worked with Bixby on the design of the two-story building, which has been converted from a single-tenant building to a multi-tenant development. Avalon features an outdoor area called “The Loft,” for tenants to utilize. The building will also be dog friendly.
