Bixby Land Co. Acquires Two Industrial Properties in Atlanta

California-based investor Bixby Land Co. acquired two industrial properties in Atlanta and one in Dallas, totaling 857,000 square feet. The sales prices were not disclosed.

Bixby acquired Graham Logistics Center in Fairburn and Royal 85 Business Center in Union City. The 281,000-square-foot Graham Logistics Center was purchased vacant at shell completion. The 304,000-square-foot Royal 85 Business Center is fully-leased. Chris Riley, Frank Fallon and Trey Barry of CBRE Atlanta represented the buyer in both transactions. The sellers were not disclosed.

In Dallas, Bixby acquired Parkway Logistics Center in Grand Prairie. The 272,000-square-foot property was purchased vacant at shell completion. Adam Herrin and Stephen Bailey of JLL represented Bixby in the transaction. The seller was undisclosed.
