Birtcher Departs Goodman; Anthony Rozic Becomes CEO
Brandon Birtcher has stepped down from his position as US CEO with Goodman Group’s U.S. operations (Goodman Birtcher), effective immediately. Anthony Rozic, a veteran with the Australian-headquartered company, will take on the role. Additionally, the Goodman Birtcher brand will be repositioned as Goodman.
Birtcher was instrumental in bringing Goodman Group into the U.S. during 2012. Within the last 12 months, Goodman, which operates in Irvine, CA, completed 3.3 million square feet of Class A development in southern California, and has an additional 2.6 million square feet under construction.
The new CEO, Rozic, has been with Goodman group for 12 years, serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer.
