Biopharma Tenant Signs Up for 40K SF of R&D/Office Space

Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma signed a 40,000-square-foot lease at 25 Upton Dr. in Wilmington, MA. Lincoln Property Company’s Rob Cronin and Jack Fisher represented the ownership, PGA Realty Company, and directly procured a full-building tenant for the R&D/office property.

The 10-year deal reinforces Eckert & Ziegler’s aggressive growth strategy and continued commitment to its Greater Boston client base. The biopharma tenant plans to move into its new space in the second quarter.

“Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma was the ideal tenant for this flex/lab/office building,” said Cronin. “With convenient access to Boston at the intersection of I-93 and Route 125, Upton Drive has attracted a cluster of biotech and biopharma manufacturing companies. The I-93 corridor is one of the best performing flex industrial submarkets in Greater Boston, and has been the beneficiary of the surging market as tenants are forced to move north to find available space and pricing relief.”
