Billings Productions to Open HQ & Manufacturing in Allen, TX

Billings Productions Inc., a North American provider of life-size animatronic dinosaurs, will open a 50,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing center in Allen, TX, a northern suburb of Dallas. The company launched construction on its built-to-suit facility, situated in the mixed-use Watters Creek Center in late 2019, with the space scheduled for a late 2020 completion. Alliance Architects is the architect, and Partners National Real Estate the developer.

Once complete, the facility will hold the company’s team of expert craftsmen, as well as a warehouse filled with more than 350 life-size dinosaurs and giant bug replicas. The building will also have available space for community events, as well as available tours.

The company began operations in an old airplane hangar in 2003, and moved to its current location at 1277 Andrews Pkwy., also in Allen, in 2012.
