Bill.com Signs Long-Term Lease at CityWestPlace

Bill.com has executed a long-term lease for 25,000 square feet at CityWestPlace, a 1.4-million-square-foot office campus in Houston’s Westchase submarket. The Palo Alto, CA-headquartered technology company inked the deal with CityWestPlace landlord Parkway Property Investments LLC.

Bo McNally of T3 Advisors and Drew Morris of Savills represented the tenant in negotiations. Parkway was self-represented by Rima Soroka.  The five-year deal will commence on July 1, 2019, and brings CityWestPlace Building 4 up to 92.8% occupied.

The building at 2103 CityWest Blvd., is one of four buildings at the 35-acre CityWestPlace campus. In addition to office space, campus amenities include three restaurants, two fitness centers, a soccer field, outdoor track, sand volleyball court, indoor basketball court, horseshoe pit and bocce ball court.
