Bill Jackson Ends Lengthy NorthMarq Tenure, Joins JPI Leadership

Bill Jackson, who had worked with NorthMarq Capital’s Dallas office for 25 years, joined North Texas multifamily developer JPI as Senior Vice President and National Capital Markets Partner. In his new position, Jackson will oversee investment services including sourcing, negotiating and documenting JPI’s debt and equity transactions. He’ll also work with JPI’s senior leaders in the central and western regions to facilitate management of debt and equity strategies and relationships.

While with NorthMarq as senior vice president and managing director, Jackson focused on investments in all facets of multifamily real estate including acquisitions, asset management, entitlements and investment properties. He has also worked for Stockton, Luedemann, French, Jackson & West (SLF/J&W), Enterprise Reality Capital, Joyner Mortgage Co. and Ryan Mortgage Co.

He graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate.
