Big NY Accounting Firm Commits to 125K SF with Durst Organization

Accounting firm EisnerAmper, among the nation’s largest full service advisory and accounting firms, is moving its headquarters to the Durst Organization’s 733 Third Ave., where it will occupy more than 125,000 square feet. The deal includes a 15-year lease for 124,327 square feet on the sixth through ninth and partial 10th floors, along with an 1,150-square-foot private entrance and a 2,100-square-foot outdoor terrace.

The space was previously occupied by Rodale, and was leased to Eisner before Rodale’s lease expiration date. Eisner is relocating from 750 Third Ave., across the street.

“We are thrilled to welcome EisnerAmper to their new headquarters,” said Durst Organization president Jonathan Durst. “We are particularly pleased that we can convert one of our green roofs to a private terrace for our tenants to enjoy the outdoors at their offices.”

Eisner was represented by NKF’s Neal Goldmacher, Robert Emden and David Emden. Tom Bow and Ashlea Aaron represented the Durst Organization in-house.
