Big Lots Coming to Fredericksburg Shopping Center

Big Lots will join the tenant roster at The Shops at England Run in Fredericksburg, VA. The 36,815-square-foot store will open in fall.

KLNB principal Ernie Hueter represented the landlord, MTH Management. KLNB principals Michael Patz and Adam Miller advised Big Lots in the transaction.

“This is a growing neighborhood with tremendous opportunity for retailers to capitalize on a built-in customer base of residents and commuters in the region,” said Hueter. “With Big Lots as an anchor, we are looking forward to working with MTH Management to secure tenants for open spaces moving forward.”

Currently, The Shops at England Run houses Goodwill, PNC, H&R Block, Taco Bell, Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant and the newly-opened Skrimp Shack.
