Big Bus Steers into SFV for SoCal Base

Big Bus signed a nearly 50,000-square-foot lease at 720 Jessie St. in San Fernando, CA. The Klabin Company/CORFAC International’s Mike Ouellette represented the world’s largest operator of open-top sightseeing tours in the 61-month lease transaction valued at more than $2.6 million. The landlord, Crossroads Trust, was represented by JLL’s Paul Sablock and Brent Weirick.

Big Bus provides sightseeing tours in 20 cities across three continents. Its new San Fernando Valley location will serve as its base of operations for the Los Angeles market.

Ouellette says the tenant “was attracted to San Fernando as a prime industrial location near major freeways with easy access to Hollywood as its starting point for tours. This building serves its operations perfectly with an expansive yard to park its fleet of buses.”

Twenty-foot clear heights and 2,293 square feet of brand-new offices, were other property amenities that were attractive to Big Bus.
