Bevmax Takes a Floor at 5 Columbus Circle

Bevmax Office Centers will open their fifth business center in Manhattan at 5 Columbus Circle. The company has been at Columbus Circle for 10 years, and will fill an entire 11,530-square-foot floor of the office tower.

“Columbus Circle has become one of our most profitable Centers,” said Rick Feld, president of Bevmax. “We are thrilled to be further expanding our presence in the Columbus Circle submarket.”

Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented both the tenant and the owner, Goodhope Management, in the transaction. Currently, the fifth and sixth floors at the building are listed as available, each with 11,530 square feet of space.
