BerryDunn Inks 88K-SF Office Lease in Maine

Accounting and consulting firm BerryDunn has inked an 87,906-square-foot office lease for its new headquarters at 2211 Congress St. in Portland, ME.

The company plans to relocate in 2021 from 100 Middle St., where it has operated for the past 30 years. The building is set to a capital improvement program that will include the build out of a fitness center and convenience store.

Drew Sigfridson, Craig Young and Jon Rizzo of The Boulos Co. as well as Tim Stewart of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, insurance provider Unum, in the transaction. Chris Paszyc and Jessica Estes of Boulos represented BerryDunn in lease negotiations.
