Berkadia Completes Sale of Multifamily Property in Everett

California-based Glen Una Management reportedly sold Greensview Apartment Homes, a 144-unit garden-style multifamily property in Everett, WA,  to Goodman Real Estate Inc. for $29 million. The asset is located at 1520 W Casino Rd., on the Walter E. Hall Golf Course in Southwest Everett.

Greensview features one and two-bedroom floor plans with wood burning fireplaces, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers and patios or balconies. Community amenities include a fitness center, a hot tub, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, covered parking and storage space.

Berkadia’s Kenny Dudunakis, David Sorensen, Ben Johnson and Kelly Witherspoon represented the seller.

“Greensview’s unique golf course setting, along with its proximity to the world-renowned Boeing facility and Paine Field, made it a very sought-after property,” said Sorensen. “Everett, and Snohomish County in general, are seeing positive economic activity, and we believe investors will continue to seek out opportunities in these areas going forward.”
