Berkadia Brokers $26M Sale of Stockbridge MF Property

Berkadia has arranged the $25.6 million sale of Retreat 138, a 180-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Stockbridge.

Located at 3384 Mount Zion Road, the property features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans with large bedrooms, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and walk-in closets. Amenities include a fitness center, pool, playground, volleyball court, business center and clubhouse.

Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays, Russ Hardy, Judy MacManus and Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented the seller, Massachusetts-based Aspen Square Management, in the transaction. The buyer was the Walden Group.
