Berkadia Arranges $25M Sale of Two MF Properties in LaGrange

Berkadia has arranged the sale of Cameron Crossing and Laurel Crossing, two multifamily properties in LaGrange, GA totaling 264 units. The combined sales price was $25.3 million.

Cameron Crossing is located at 1600 Meadow Terrace and was built in 1987 and features 132 garden-style units while Laurel Crossing is located at 1700 Park Place and was built in 1988 and features 132 garden-style units. Both properties are located near Great Wolf Lodge. At the time of the sale the properties were 99% occupied.

Paul Vetter, Andrew Mays, Judy MacManus and Matthew White of Berkadia’s Atlanta office represented the seller, New Jersey-based The Walden Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Texas-based Aim Next Realty. The deal closed November 19.
