BenefitMall Selects Hidden Grove for HQ Relocation

BenefitMall, a provider of employee benefits, payroll, HR and employer services, inked a deal for more than 40,000 square feet of office space at Dallas’ Hidden Grove development.

The property, situated at 12404 Park Central, will serve as the company’s new corporate headquarters. BenefitMall joins recent Hidden Grove tenants Pollo Campero, a restaurant company, and Studio Movie Grill.

JLL’s Jeff Eckert, James Esquivel and Ahnie Gampper represented landlord Red River Asset Management, while Pepsi Windland of Mohr Partners negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
