Bellwether Enterprise Hires Director of Agency Sales in Birmingham

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital has hired Landon Litty as Director of Agency Sales in the firm’s Birmingham office. Litty has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs.

Litty began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Collateral Mortgage, where he underwrote conventional multifamily deals, MHCs, and affordable and senior housing loans. In 2006, he was named Assistant Vice President and Team Leader at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and in 2010, vice president and deputy chief underwriter.

In his most recent role as senior vice president and director of agency production at Grandbridge, he was responsible for all front-end sizing and structuring efforts for $4 billion to $5 billion in potential agency volume annually.

“It’s an honor to join Bellwether Enterprise and help grow its Agency platform in the Southeast and throughout the country” said Litty. “Strengthening our lender relationships will enable Bellwether to better serve clients of all sizes who rely on us to create high-quality deals.”
