Bayview, Morley Team Up on 499-Unit Dublin TOD MF

San Jose-based Bayview Development Group Inc. and Los Gatos-based The Morley Bros. unveiled plans for St. Patrick Way Residential, a 499-unit transit-oriented multifamily project in Dublin, CA. The 8.5-acre site at 6700 Golden Gate Dr., is next to the West Dublin BART station near the city’s downtown.

The developers entitled the site on land they acquired from Prologis, and expect to break ground in Spring 2019. A mostly vacant 200,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on the site will be demolished in favor of apartments.

The KTGY Architecture and Planning-designed development will include studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. Property amenities include a pool, spa, roof deck and gym, as well as a public 1,500-square-foot co-working space.
