Bayonne’s Mayor James Davis Celebrates New Development and Redevelopment
Harbor Pointe, a 544-unit luxury apartment community, has a newly-renovated clubhouse on the waterfront in Bayonne, NJ. Mayor James Davis took the opportunity to celebrate the transformation of his city.
“During the last three years, we’ve seen tens of millions of dollars invested into the City of Bayonne, and over the next 15 years there will be significant growth on this peninsula,” said Mayor Davis.
New developments will add more than 700 residential units to the peninsula, in addition to a Costco and Starbucks. Negotiations are also underway for a ferry stop.
Now owned by Castle Lanterra Properties, Harbor Pointe is the initial development and centerpiece of the 420-acre man-made Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor.
