Bauman & Co. Acquires 34K-SF Medical Office Building in North Carolina

Atlanta-based Bauman & Co. has acquired a medical office building in High Point, NC in an all-cash transaction. The sales price was undisclosed. The seller was a physician-ownership group.

Located on the campus of a 351-bed hospital and surgery center that is owned and operated by Wake Forest Baptist Health system, the two-story, 34,098-square-foot building is fully occupied by Wake Forest Baptist Health Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine.

Bauman & Co. now owns and manages six physician buildings in four states – Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and North Carolina. In total, the holdings contain approximately 300,000 square feet.
