Bauer-Pileco Readies for New HQ

Construction industry supplier Bauer-Pileco Inc. will soon supply its own company, as it launches construction on a new, 78,774-square-foot facility in Conroe Park North. The building, on which work will begin in fall 2017, will be the company’s North American headquarters. The company is part of German firm Bauer AG.

Houston-based design-build company KDW is handling the general contracting duties for the 18.6-acre site in the 1,045-acre Conroe Park North, which is on Farm-to-Market Road 3083, and two miles east of Interstate 45. Conroe is approximately 40 miles north of Houston.

The building will consist of office, warehouse and service building space, with completion scheduled for early 2018. Bauer-Pileco’s current North American headquarters is nearby, at 100 North Farm-to-Market Rd. 3083.
