Bascom Sells Las Vegas MF for $59M

Montecito Pointe, a 336-unit luxury apartment community in northwest Las Vegas, has traded hands for $59.25 million. Irvine, CA-based The Bascom Group, LLC divested the property to Long Beach, CA-based RK Properties.

The property was completed in 2007, and provided the buyer with the opportunity to add further value by completing a renovation program initiated by the seller. The community has a pool and fitness center, as well as a children’s play area and pet exercise park. The average unit size is 981 square feet, and the property sits on more than 13.6 acres of land at 9745 Grand Teton Dr.

JLL’s John P. Cunningham and Charles Steele handled the deal on behalf of the seller.
