Barone Management Breaks Ground on 100K-SF Spec Development

Developer Barone Management broke ground on the first spec development in decades of office and industrial flex space in the Queens neighborhood of Long Island City.

The new, three-story, 100,000-square-foot building will have frontage on four streets, within walking distance of Court Square and the Queensboro Plaza subway station. CBRE will be the exclusive leasing agent for the property. The newly developed building will also benefit from the $76 million Queens Plaza renovation.
