Banque de France Signs for Space at Chrysler Building
Cushman & Wakefield arranged a long-term, 5,475-square-foot office lease on behalf of Banque de France at RFR Realty’s Chrysler Building. Banque de France, the central bank of France headquartered in Paris, will occupy part of the 57th Floor of the iconic tower at 405 Lexington Ave.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Troy Elias and David Mainthow represented the tenant in the transaction.
“Banque de France’s relocation to the iconic Chrysler Building shows the bank’s long-term commitment to Manhattan,” said Elias.
Mainthow added, “Banque de France was attracted to the luminosity and quality of the prestigious building. This asset offered everything the bank was looking for, allowing it to expand its footprint in Manhattan.”
RFR’s AJ Camhi oversees leasing at the property on behalf of ownership.
