Bank Expands Again to 54K SF

Dutch bank ABN AMRO keeps taking on more space at 100 Park Ave. “This is the third time that ABN AMRO has expanded at 100 Park Avenue since moving into the building in 2009,” said Steven Durels, executive vice president, director of leasing and real property for SL Green, owner of the tower in Midtown Manhattan.
The new 10-year lease is for 54,037 square feet, up from 43,148. Fully redeveloped in 2008, the tower is LEED Gold certified with green roofs. It is also a past recipient of the BOMA award for “International Building of the Year.”
