Bandera Ventures Secures Financing for 1.4M-SF Dallas Logistics Center

Dallas-based Bandera Ventures secured a joint venture equity partnership with Boston-based Long Wharf Capital and construction financing for the development of Gateway Logistics Center. The five-building industrial project encompasses 1.4 million square feet at at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Development commenced in late 2017, and the first buildings are expected to deliver beginning in the fall of 2018.

Featuring three state-of-the-art cross-dock buildings ranging from 250,000 to 380,000 square feet, Gateway Logistics Center will be located on 86 acres of DFW Airport’s land near the south entrance. The property fronts Highway 183, and will also be accessible from Valley View Lane and the to-be-built Passport Drive.

HFF’s team that arranged the JV included Joe B. Thornton, Jr. and Adam Herrin. HFF also secured a construction loan from Bank of the Ozarks. The Bank of the Ozarks team included Tucker Hughes and Langford Stuber.
