B6 Brings in HR Expert for Recruitment Drive
B6 Real Estate Advisors has brought in Haleigh Novick-Eckhardt, most recently with Tishman Speyer, to spearhead its talent recruitment efforts. She joins the newly-launched brokerage firm as VP of people.
The firm plans to onboard 50 brokers across the region by 2019. “B6 Real Estate Advisors is a firm designed for a unique type of broker, and we feel that Haleigh’s skill in identifying the top and up-and-coming professionals in the field who fit our vision and culture will be invaluable,” said B6 COO Neil Heilberg.
Novick-Eckhardt most recently served as director, human capital management for Tishman Speyer, and previously worked in recruiting for Deutsche Bank in New York. “I am confident my knowledge of hiring trends and talent within the industry will allow us to efficiently source skilled candidates who align with the disciplined and innovative mindset that is at the core of our growing firm,” said Novick-Eckhardt.
