Avo Launches Residential Service at Extell’s One Manhattan Square

Extell Development Company formed what’s reportedly a first-of-its-kind partnership with Avo, a personal shopping and delivery service start-up. Avo will provide residents of One Manhattan Square, Extell’s luxury condominium development on the Lower East Side, access to free, same-day delivery of thousands of products.

“We have always been committed to providing our residents with thoughtful amenities and services that genuinely speak to their needs,” said Rebeca Park of Extell Management Services. “Even more so today, we are compelled to offer a safe and seamless living experience and our exclusive partnership with Avo will provide just that for our residents.”

Since entering the New York market last year, Avo has mainly focused on servicing commercial office buildings. However, COVID-19 presented an opportunity for the company to accelerate its residential plans, starting with One Manhattan Square.

Extell plans to expand this service to its other condominiums and rental buildings within its portfolio.
