Avison’s Nelson Team Markets East Harlem Portfolio

Avison Young’s tri-state investment sales group has been hired to market a multifamily portfolio comprised of three newly-constructed properties, and one gut-renovated building in East Harlem. The asking price is $130.5 million for the four buildings.

Located at 329 Pleasant Ave., 419 E. 117th St., 2211 Third Ave. (pictured) and 2338 Second Ave., the properties encompass 171 units across 178,687 gross square feet.

The portfolio is being marketed on behalf of ownership by Avison Young’s James Nelson, Charles Kingsley, David Shalom, Eric Karmitz, Sam Schertz, Allan Fries and Alexandra Marolda.

“Each of these four buildings represents a tremendous opportunity for investment with several key characteristics buyers look for,” said Nelson. Namely, the properties are in close proximity to one another, convenient to public transportation, located in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods and “all in perfect shape,” with three newly-built and the fourth completely renovated.

Connect Texas Multifamily will take place August 15, 2019 in Dallas. For more information, or to register, click here.
