Avison Young Inks 11 New Tenants at Fry’s Marketplace-Anchored Center

Avison Young negotiated 11 leases for new tenants at The Post at Cooley Station, a 23-acre, 172,000-square-foot shopping center in Gilbert. The property is located at Williams Field Road and Recker Road near the ASU Polytechnic campus and Mesa-Gateway Airport.

The center is anchored by Kroger-owned Fry’s Marketplace, which opened its doors last week. The Post at Cooley Station is now roughly 90% pre-leased.

Avison Young’s Matt Milinovich, James DeCremer and Kristina Remon represented the landlord, Evergreen Devco, on the pre-leasing efforts for the shop and pad spaces at the center.

Milinovich says, “Grocery-anchored shopping centers are a strong draw for customers and subsequently other users seeking a premier location. We believe we have curated a strategic tenant mix for The Post at Cooley Station that will benefit from crossover traffic generated by Fry’s Marketplace.”
