Avison Young Hires Levendusky As Principal in Boston

Avison Young has hired Jason Levendusky as a principal in the firm’s Boston office. In his new role, he will be in charge of Avison Young’s expansion in the Greater Boston area, advising clients on the leasing and sale of office, R&D and industrial assets.

With more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience, Levendusky has previously worked as executive vice president for 18 years at CBRE. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked as director of leasing for WP Commercial. Levendusky began his career in 1997 as a senior associate at Nordblom Co., where he worked on the redevelopment of multiple office and flex projects.

Levendusky holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University, as well as a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. He is also currently a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Commercial Brokers Association.
